Description

Provide all labor, supervision, equipment and material necessary to provide janitorial services at the National Weather Service office in Wilmington, OH. The work area covered by the specifications is approximately 11,400 square feet. Period of Performance will be December 1, 2000 through September 30, 2001 with four one-year options. IT IS MANDATORY THAT OFFERORS ATTEND THE SITE VISIT WHICH IS SCHEDULED FOR 10:00 A.M. ON NOVEMBER 1, 2000 at 1901 SOUTH STATE ROUTE 134, WILMINGTON, OH. OFFERS WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED FROM FIRMS THAT ATTENDED THE SITE VISIT. AN OFFER SUBMITTED BY A FIRM THAT DID NOT ATTEND THE SITE VISIT WILL BE REJECTED. PROSPECTIVE VENDORS SHALL HAVE AN OFFICE SPACE WITHIN A 50 MILE RADIUS OF THE WEATHER SERVICE SITE IN WILMINGTON. The proposed contract is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the agency. Copies of the RFQ will only be provided in response to written or faxed requests received directly from the requestor. Telephone requests will not be honored. Requests for copies of the RFQ may be faxed to (757) 441-3786. Offers received by November 7, 2000 will be considered for award. Award will be made on November 13, 2000. Numbered Note 1 applies.
