Description

SYNOPSIS: Contractor is to provide all materials, labor, coordination; equipment and expertise necessary to: provide and install a passenger elevator on the exterior of the Hospital per design and specifications at the Federal Correctional Institute located in Danbury, CT. The performance period will be 244 calendar days from date of award. The project is unrestricted and open to both large and small businesses. A $150.00 non-refundable deposit must be submitted in order to receive the bid package. Checks or Money Orders may be made out to and sent to Xenon Company, 2 Kilmer Road, Edison, New Jersey 08817. The estimated magnitude of this project is between $100,000 and $250,000. A security investigation/clearance is required.
