Description

This is a Modification to a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepaired in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation: proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issuses. This solicitation number is 4TRF-00-BT-001 and is issued as a request for proposal (RFP). The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 06. The Lowel Army Medical Center is in need of a projection system for their meeting room which consist of: (qty 1)SONY VPL-PX30 LCD video/data projector featuring: 2400 ANSI lumens brighteness, XGA 1024x768 native resolution, two year warranty, Sony PX30 ceiling mount kit, Sony 1041 CATV tuner with rack mount kit, Sony SVo1630 industrial 4-head stereo VHS VCR, Sony rack mount kit for 1630 VCR, Sony DVD player with component output, Sony DVD rack mounting kit, Extron system switcher featuring: 7 input high resolution/bandswitch switching Video scaled outputs Processor controls Audio follow video balanced switching Inline computer interface for HD15 to 5-wire interface Technitron DX-700T 17" high resolution computer monitor with .25mm aperture 1280x1024 resolution and rack mount kit. Pair frazier cat series angled wall mount speakeres including wall mount kit, color white Samson 2-channel 120 watt power amplifier, AMX control system featuring: full system control of all devices, System switching, system power timer with auto off, Wireless remote as well as local rack mount controller Middle Atlantic 70" electronic rack for system components including, pull out draw, locking plexiglass front door, sequential power switcher and grounding bar, wireless computing RF computer keyboard and wireless mouse Dalite low voltage controller for screen control, Lot system cable connectors and hardware for turnkey system installation. CM Systems electrical work for projector power, rack power and 2-zone lighting of the flourescent light fixtures. System engineering includes all AMX programming, system documentatiion and as-builts.
