Description

TREASURY OFFSET PROGRAM (TOP). The Administration for Children and Families (ACF) is soliciting proposals to provide services which will ensure effective and timely mailing of all ACF Office of Child Support Enforcement-issued Federal Administrative Offset pre-offset notices under the Treasury Offset Program (TOP). The Contractor will be responsible for establishing written safeguards for the transportation, processing, and storage of tax information in conformance with Section 6103(p)(4) of the Internal Revenue Code, and following the procedures delineated in IRS Publication 1075. The anticipated period of performance is 12 months for the basic period of performance, with four (4) one-year options. This solicitation will be issued on or about 10/27/00 with a proposal due date of 11/27/00. All requests for this solicitation shall be in writing. Telephone requests will not be honored. Please enclose three (3) self-addressed mailing labels. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. See Numbered Note 1.****
