Description

Single award term contract for 1 year (base year period of November 1, 2000 through October 31, 2001) and 1 option year period (November 1, 2001 through October 31, 2002) for Defense Automated Printing Service, Louisville, KY; Crane, IN; and Jacksonville, FL. These specifications cover the production of Compact Discs -- Read Only Memory (CD-ROM). Operations required include making master, re-order disc/stamp, replications of CD-ROMs, printing, 4-color process, inserts, blank CD-ROM's, packaging, packing and delivery. Approximately 30 to 500 replications per order. Government to furnish: Camera ready copy or double sided 3.5" floppy disk. Disks to be IBM Windows 95 or Macintosh platforms produced in PageMaker 6.0 and/or Freehand 5.0. CD ROM-R or double sided high density 100 MB Zip disk. Data supplied as final format PDF (Adobe Portable Document Format). Drawings supplied with viewers attached in proprietary format. Inserts An occasional item may be in WordPerfect (WP) on 3.5 diskettes. Material to be picked up and delivered f.o.b. destination to Automated Printing Service, Louisville, KY; Crane, IN; and Jacksonville, FL. Production time 3 to 10 workdays. Telephone/Telegraph requests are not acceptable.
