Description

The Electronic Systems Center, Combat Air forces Command and Control Directorate intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Zel Technologies, LLC, 55 West Queens Way Suite 208, Hampton, VA 23669 to develop and field a Time Critical Targeting (TCT) Capability. The TCT Capability will enable the Combat Air Force's (CAF) Air Operations Centers (AOCs) to greatly reduce the timeline to find, fix, track, target, engage, and assess TCTs. Zel Technologies, LLC, an 8(a) contractor, submitted a qualification package in response to a 4 Aug 00 Sources Sought Synopsis for the (TCT) Capability program. A thorough evaluation of their qualification package indicated Zel Technologies, LLC is qualified to perform the effort described in the 4 Aug 00 Sources Sought Synopsis. The government intends to negotiate a contract for the TCT Capability with Zel Technologies, LLC based on their status as an 8(a) contractor and their submission of a successful qualification package. The period of performance is expected to be from February 15 2001 through March 31, 2003 with options for additional increments, fielding locations and support envisioned through 2007.
