Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, VA Connecticut Healthcare System, is seeking emerging small businesses that can provide full service contracts for two Hitachi Blood Anaylzers, models numbers 717 and 911. Scope of work shall include the following: Furnish all necessary labor, equipment and materials for the repair of above named Hitachi Anaylzers. The contractor shall provide at least two preventive maintenance service events during the proposed 6 month covergage period. P.M. to be performed during regular working hours, 8-5, M -- F. PM kits are to be included with the service agreement. Repairs are to be completed at any time in the 24 hour period, until equipment is working. Contracor shall provide emergency on-site service within 4 hours of initial call. Repairs and scheduled maintenance shall be performed 24 hours a day seven days a week. Contractor shall provide emergency phone consultation on repairs within 20 minutes of a phone call. Contractor rendering service must notify the appropriate peronnel or contact person upon arrival at site. A copy of the service report must be signed by contact person or other authorized personnel.
