Description

Provide closing services for the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) for HUD-owned, single family properties (1-4 units) located in Hawaii for the Santa Ana Homeownership Center. HUD intends to award one contract. Proposals are requested on an unrestricted basis; however, the RFP contains a cascading preference for award to a small business, first, and to a large business, second. Contract duration will be for a one-year base period. The solicitation will be available on or about 11/01/2000 by accessing our website at www.hud.gov/cts/ctsoprty.html. We will not issue any paper solicitations. No telephone requests, please. Potential offerors who download copies of solicitations form HUD's Home Page will NOT automatically receive any amendments to those solications.
