Description

The Government intends to negotiate on a Sole Source basis with the Upper Mississippi River Basin Association (UMBRA), 415 Hamm Building, 408 St. Peter Street, St. Paul, MN 55102 for the Upper Mississippi River Coordinating Committee (EMPCC) Support Services for Fiscal Year 2001 meetings. Notice of intent of sole source with the UMRBA as the mandated source in accordance with PL 99-662, section 1103 (d) (2). This notice of intent is not a request for proposal, nor a solicitation for offers. No specifications will be furnished.
