- 1. Vessel(s) Required: U.S. or Foreign Flag self-sustaining breakbulk vessel capable of maintaining 14 knots laden in moderate weather to transport two (2) LCM8 vessels from Beaumont, TX to Bizerte, Tunisia. Vessel crane(s) must have the capability to lift the boats off the pier at Beaumont and into the water at destination. Charterer to provide cradles dunnaging and shoring materials. Contractor to provide all lashing gear sufficient for securing cargo. Owner to warrant that any and all regulatory compliances are maintained. Cargo Description: Total cargo: Two (2) Landing Craft Mechanized (LCM-8) vessels with the following dimensions: Length: 73.60 Feet Beam: 21.08 Feet Height: 15.60 Feet Weight: 62 Short Tons Both vessels are equipped with lifting points Terms: Free-In/Liner-Out 3. Loading Port(s)/Place(s): Beaumont, Texas 4. Laytime: 24hrs SSHEX 5. Discharging Port(s)/Place(s): Bizerte, Tunisia 6. Laydays: 21 Oct 00 (Commencing) 22 Oct 00 (Cancelling) Available to load 23 October 00 7. Lumpsum price, demurrage, detention. 2. Speed of Advance (SOA) and detailed itinerary. 3. Set of completed boxes (Ref (B), pages I-1 through I-4) 5. Completed Representations and Certifications (Part XII, Ref (B)). 6. IAW DFARS 252.204-7004, U.S. offerors (and foreign offerors working in the U.S.) must be registered in the Central Contractor Registry (CCR) in order to be considered for award.
