Description

The United States Postal Service desires to lease a newly constructed building built to USPS plans and specifications, on a parcel of United States Postal Service controlled property of approximately 58,423 gross square feet (1.342 acres) in size, located on Church Street and designated as part of Block 141.04, Lot 8.01 on the tax map of the Township of Vernon, County of Sussex, Sate of New Jersey. Offerors will be responsibile for complying with all US Postal Service requirements, all local and County zoning and other requirements, and for all contingent fees.
