Description

SIC 1542-Building addition (11'6"x32'). Work includes demo and disposal of concrete sidewalk and installation of concrete footing/floor slab and heating and cooling system. Work located at the US Border Station, US Hwy 281 at Canadian Border, Dunseith, North Dakota. Security clearances are required for all workers. Solicitation packages will be available on October 18. Total time for completion is 90 days. Estimated cost range $25,000 to $100,000. Payment and performance bonding is required. This solicitation may be made available on the internet http://www.eps.gov. Drawing(s) will not be available on the internet. To obtain drawing(s), submit a request (fax or e-mail)to the Contracting Officer at address listed above. See numbered Note 1.
