Description

The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms (ATF) intends to negotiate on a Sole Source Basis with Metro South Western Ohio Regional Transit Authority (SORTA) for Metro Certifications for Public Transportation for the period not to exceed one year. NO SOLICITATION IS AVAILABLE. No telephone requests or inquires will be accepted. Award will be made utilizing the simplified acquisition procedures under FAR Subpart 13.5. Award will be made to Transit Authority of Northern Kentucky if no other offers received. Vendor must be set up to receive funds via Electronic Funds Transfer, (EFT).
