This is a combined synopsis/soliciation for commerical items. This announcment constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are being requested under Request For Quotes (RFQ)# 01ERQQ0006 posted on Electronic Commerce. The posted RFQ contains a description of the service, delivery and applicable clauses.
