Description

Provide all labor, personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, training and other items necessary to perform Commercial Travel Services at Fairchild AFB, Washington. Services to include but are not limited to providing Official Travel Service for active duty military, Department of Defense (DOD) civilian, and their dependents. This acquisition will be accomplished using simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation Parts 12 and 13. This acquisition will be advertised as a small business set-aside with North American Classification System Code 561510 (business size requirement is $1.0M in commission per year, excluding third party revenue, i.e., Government). The performance period is one base year beginning 1 Jan 01 through 31 Dec 01, plus one option year beginning 1 Jan 02 through 31 Dec 02 and two 6-month option periods beginning 1 Jan 03 through 30 Jun 03 and 1 Jul 03 through 31 Dec 03. Interested parties may download the solicitation from www.eps.gov on or about 30 Oct 00. No paper copies of this solicitation will be issued. Offers shall be submitted via paper copy. The closing date and time for submission of offers will be contained in the solicitation package. When the solicitation is posted, it is imperative interested parties review this site frequently for any updates/amendments. By submission of an offer, the offeror acknowledges the requirement that a prospective awardee must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) at www.ccr2000.com database prior to award, during performance, and through final payment of any contract resulting from this solicitation. Lack of registration in the CCR database will make an offeror ineligible for award.
