Description

Furnish all labor, materials, equipment and incidentals necessary for construction of 11.43 km of road reconditioning, placement of aggregate base course, hot asphaltic concrete pavement and miscellaneous construction in accordance with the specification and design drawings for Projects N48(2-1)4 (11.298km) and S.R. 371(1)2&4 (0.135 km) located on the Navajo Indian Rservation approximately 5.0 miles southeast of Crownpoint, New Mexico near Borrego Pass, McKinley County. Estimated price range is $1,000,000.00 to $5,000,000.00. This acquisition is set aside for Indian-owned and Controlled firms under the "Buy Indian Act," 25 U.S.C. 47. Issuing on or about October 20, 2000, and opening on or about November 20, 2000, at 2:00 p.m. local time. No telephone request will be accepted, written requests only.
