Description

Follow-on Technical/Engineering and Scientific services to perform analyses and evaluations on shallow water measurements and underwater acoustics to conceptualize future direction. Areas being analyzed include, but are not limited to; dual-use technologies, operational effectiveness measures and Virginia Class submarines (VCS) Seawolf, Trident modernization programs. With the broad nature of the areas covered in this requirement, experience in all of these areas is mandatory. A Secret clearance is required, and travel is involved. It is the Government's intention to award this contract on a sole source basis. See Note 22. Our department no longer issues solicitations or amendments in paper form.
