Description

The U. S. Coast Guard Maintenance and Logistics Command Atlantic is procuring a Non-personal service contract with an individual or firm capable of providing all aspects of non-personal Dental Hygiene Services in accordance with the established principles, practices and ethics of the American Dental Association. Services shall be provided at the following Coast Guard locations: (1) U. S. Coast Guard Integrated Support Command Boston, MA for 2000 hours per year, Monday through Friday, and (2) Group St. Petersburg, FL for 750 hours per year, Mondays and Thursdays exclusive of Federal Holidays. Services shall be performed on site. The performance period will be for one (1) year. Offerors may submit a quote for either Boston or St. Petersburg or both. Multiple awards will be considered. The Statement of Work delineating specific services required will be provided in the Request for Quotation (RFQ). This procurement is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. The NAIC Code for this acquisition is 621399, previously SIC code 8049, with a size standard of $5 Million or less in average annual receipts for all business within the last three (3) fiscal years. No paper copies of the solicitation will be distributed. Any amendment(s) to the solicitation will also be provided on the Internet using the same web site listed above.
