Description

The North Dakota Army National Guard is soliciting proposals for a Commercial Item, Firm-Fixed-Price, Requirements Contract for Catered Meals Service at Camp Grafton, ND, to be awarded on or about 18 December 2000. The proposed contract is a multiple year contract consisting of a base year plus two option years. The service includes providing, preparing, and serving: breakfast, lunch and dinner meals totaling an estimated 70,000 meals per year in a Government provided facility with Government provided equipment. The contractor will also be responsible for cleaning/sanitizing the facility in accordance with ND State Health Dept. requirements. Evaluation of proposals will be based on Cost/Price, Past Performance and Technical Ability. Contractors will be required to pay published Department of Labor wages for the base year and all option years. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by this agency. Requests for solcitation packages must be in writing to USPFO for North Dakota, ATTN: Purchasing and Contracting, PO Box 5511, Bismarck, ND 58506-5511. Solicitation Packages available on or about 31 October, 2000. Proposals are due no later than 2:00PM (1400 hours) 29 November, 2000. See Note 1.
