Description

DSCR intends to negotiate with responsible firms for the establishment of an Indefinite Quantity Contract with a base period of one year and four, one year options to supply NSN 6850-01-341-9855, De-icer/Anti-icer, Runway and Taxiways. Estimated annual quantity is 1700 drums; (1200 drums to DVD locations throughout the continental United States and 250 drums to Defense Depot Richmond, VA and 250 drums to Defense Depot Tracy, CA). The contract maximum shall be 2975 drums and the contract minimum shall be 425 drums. Minimum order quantity will be one (1) drum and maximum delivery order quantity will be 100 drums. Paperless Ordering Placement System(POPS) will apply to the resulting contract. All material shall be shipped FOB Destination and Commercial Quality assurance provision 251 will apply. Numbered Note 1 applies; 100% small business set-aside applies. Acquisition of Commercial Items in accordance with FAR 12 will apply to this procurement. Each drum contains 55 gallons and shall be manufactured in accordance with SAE/AMS 1435A. Lab certifications will be required. See solicitation for details.
