Description
PROJECT TITLE: SOIL AND GROUNDWATER INVESTIGATION, FIRE FIGHTING TRAINING AREA, MONTEREY PENINSULA AIRPORT, CALIFORNIA. JOB DESCRIPTION: GENERAL. The work to be performed is at the Fire Fighting Training Area (FFTA) on the east side of the Monterey Peninsula Airport (MPA). This Work consists primarily of Drilling, Soil Sampling, and Groundwater Sampling. Soil Sampling will be conducted using ASTM Standard Penetration Tests (SPTs). This is a Request For Quotations (RFQ No.: DACA05-01-Q-0001). The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code for for this Acquisition is 8999. The size standard for this Sic Code is $5,000,000.00. Responses to this Synopsis from parties interested in receiving a copy of the RFQ will be due no later than October 30, 2000, by 3:45 p.m. The Government will award a Purchase Order resulting from this Request for Quotations. The Government will consider responses from all Small Businesses. This acquisition is set aside for Small Businesses.
