Description

This is a combined synopsis/soliciation for commercial items in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, proposals are being requested and written solicitation will NOT be issued. The Connecticut Army National Guard requires full service maintenance on Sharp Copiers Models SF8570- 27 each, SF2022- 10 each, SF7350- 2 each, SF8870- 14 each, SF2022N- 1 each, SF7370- 8 each, SF2014- 1 each, SF8875- 2 each, SF2027- 7 each, SF2025J- 1 each, SF2025- 1 each, SF2040- 3 each, SF2030- 1 each, SF2050- 2 each, AR287- 2 each,AR507- 1 each, AR407- 1 each, AR205 (digital imager)- 1 each and SD2260- 1 each. Full service maintenance should include all parts and photo-conductors. The period covered will be 1 November 2000 thru 31 October 2001. All interested parties are expected to submit a proposal in a cost per copy format. Estimated copy count is 6,000,000 for the entire period. An excess copy charge must also be proposed.
