Description

This conditional contract DABT60-01-C-0003, has been awarded to Griffin Services, Inc., 5755 Dupree Dr., NW, Suite 220, Atlanta, GA 30327, for a Cost-Plus-Award-Fee contract. The period of performance is estimated to be 03-01-01 through 02-28-06 for Public Works and Logistics Services at Carlisle Barracks, PA, for a total contract value of $12,055,465.00. The results of the cost comparison will be provided to all interested parties, including the affected employees, their unions, and the potential contractor. A final decision will not be made until any objections to the cost comparison have been evaluated. The report to Congress required by Title 10, Chapter 146, Section 2461-68, will be made before the contractor is authorized to proceed under this conditionally awarded contract, if the final decision is to covert to contract performance. If the final decision is to retain the activities in house, the contract will be cancelled.
