- Drydocking and underwater blast and painting. To qualify for an award, offeror must have a current agreement for boat repair (ABR) or allow enough time for assessment of the offeror's data. A tentative inspection in Groton, CT is set for 11/1/00-11/2/00. Tentative availability dates are 12/4/00-02/01/01. The work will take place in the contractor's plant. Place of performance is unrestricted.
