DESC>The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis Herley Metraplex part # 720494-1 Dual Digital Demodulator cards. This requirement is sole sourced to Herley-Metraplex, 10 Industry Drive, Lancaster, PA 17603 as an upgrade to existing equipment with proprietary data rights. Any firms believing that they can provide the required demodular cards may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice, clearly showing it's ability to provide the required equipment, which will be considered by this agency.
