Description

17. This solicitation is to obtain market analysis services for military family and bachelor housing at various West Coast locations including Hawaiian Islands. The work includes all management, labor, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, incidental engineering, travel, transportation, and reproduction necessary to investigate, quantify, and document issues that pertain to the development, analysis, and implementation of military family and bachelor housing acquisition/operations. This solicitation is a firm fixed price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) types contract. The duration is base year plus four pre-priced option years. This solicitation is 100% small business sources. The NAICS Code is 541690 and the related small business size is $5. M. In accordance with FAR 5.102(a)(7) availability of the solicitation will be limited to the electronic medium; the solicitation will be available for download free of charge via the Internet World Wide Web at http://www.efdsw.navfac.navy.mil/ -- hard copies (paper sets) or CD-ROM of the IFB will not be provided. The official plan holders list will only be available from the website. All prospective bidders and plan rooms are encouraged to register as plan holders on the website.
