Madigan Army Medical Center, Tacoma, WA intends to establish a firm fixed price one year contract that will provide for maintenance and repair services for facsimile machines manufactured by Canon with the following model numbers: 2 each L6000, 16 each L770, 6 each L775, 9 each L700, 36 each L5500, 2 each L7500, 6 each 9000, 7 each 4000, 35 each 4500, 27 each B380IF. The quotation number is DADA13-01-T-0008. The NAICS Code is 811212.
