Description

Hill AFB, Utah, has a requirement to provide maintenance and on-site support for the Egyptian Air Forces (EAF) Integrated Logistics System (ILS), Microwave Network and Communication facilities located at various sites throughout Egypt. Maintenance and on-site support is required to ensue that the current operating ILS microwave network and associated communications facilities are properly supported, maintained and enhanced per EAF requirements. Maintenance support shall be in the form of assistance to the Egyptian Air Force personnel in their daily network troubleshooting and maintenance of all microwave equipment, but will also include hands-on work if the work required is beyond the ability of the Egyptian Air Forces personnel. On-site support shall be in the form of participation in on-site installation of electronic equipment, antennas, elated cables, etc., but does not include air conditioning. The work will be performed as require by written work orders provided by the ILS Program Manger.
