Description

The U.S. Government has a requirement to lease office and related space (laboratory and light industrial) consisting of approximately 72,500 rentable office/related space and 31,200 rentable light industrial space. Rentable space must yield apparoximately 47,700 usable square feet of office/related space and 30,800 usable square feet of light industrial space for use by tenant for personnel, furnishings and equipment. Spce must be capable of being fully accessible to the physically handicapped, and meet seismic requirements. The initial tenant will be the United States Geological Survey Midcontinent Ecological Science Center. Space offered must be in a newly constructed building located in the Natural Resources Research Park, 2150 Centre Avenue, Fort Collins, Colorado.
