Description

Description of Work: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for Commercial Items, request for quote, referencing FAR provisions 52.212-1 through 5. Requirement is to provide a Modular Office building in new or like new condition (Defined: Manufactured after 1 January 1997) that is approximately 8700 square foot of space. Includes set-up and disassembly fees, utility setup and connections, a lightning protection and grounding system, air condition and heating system, and provide/ install stairs and ramp for access. Requirement is for a base period of 2 years and Option year 1 for one year and Option year 2 for 1 year. All interested responsible sources may submit and shall be considered.
