Description

Amendment, Synopsis F42630-00-R-2042. FROM: The offerors that meet the requirements of the Qualification to Bid Plan by the closing of RFP date, will be permitted to submit proposals in response to the Request for Proposal. To: RFP closing for the subject Paveway II buy is estimated at 30 days. Only information necessary to complete the required test results and analysis for the Qualify to Bid effort will be received after this date. USAF cannot and will not consider any submittals under the Qualify to Bid effort submitted after January 15, 2001 in order to make timely evaluation and award. Contract award may be made by USAF, to the successful offeror, as soon as evaluations can be completed after January 15, 2001. Authority: 10 U.S.C. 2304 (C) (1), Justification: Supplies (or Services) required are available from only one or a limited number of responsible sources(s) and no other type of supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The proposed contract action is for supplies and services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one, or a limited number of sources under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals.
