All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered.Specifications,plans or drawings are not available.This is an unrestricted acquisition.While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers,the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price,delivery,past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.IQC00245000008,NSN:4330-01-308-4169,Pall Aeropower Corp(18350)P/N AC9482F31Y2 and Bell Helicopter(97499)P/N 214-040-664-101.See Note 26.This solicitation is an RFP and will be on the Internet at http://dibbs.dscccol.com/rfp on its issue date of 11/06/00.Hard copies of this solicitation are not available and will not be mailed.Estimated quantity for the base year is 412 each.Various quantities delivered to various locations.The proposed procurement will be an Indefinite Quantity Contract(IQC) and will contain an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the Government.The total shall not exceed 5 years.Although offers will be evaluated based on their proposal for the quarterly forecast demand of 103,they are invited and strongly encouraged to indicate any quantity ranges and associtated price breakes they wish to include as part of their offer.These ranges and price breaks may or may not be accepted.
