Description

The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis a purchase order to investigate the potential use of the United Kingdom METEOR Technologies for the High Speed Anti-Radiation Demonstration (HSAD) program. This requirement is sole sourced to The Boeing Company, Advanced Tactical Missile Systems, PO Box 615, St Louis, MO 63166-0516 for proprietary data rights. Any firms believing that they can provide the required investigation may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice, clearly showing it's ability to provide the required investigation, which will be considered by this agency.
