Description

The work consists of performing grounds maintenance, which includes weed control, thatching and aerating lawns, mowing, edging, pruning, bark mulching, leaf raking, fertilizing, and seeding on approximately five acres at the Roseburg District Office Complex. Weed control and bark mulching on 2.2 acres at Sutherlin Maintenance Shop, and 1.7 acres at Myrtle Creek Maintenance Shop. Project sites are located in Douglas County, Roseburg District, Oregon. Contract period begins date of award through September 30, 2001 with options to extend the period of the contract for four additional fiscal years (October 1 through September 30).
