T55-GA-714A Engine Tailpipe Kits for the CH-47D Aircraft, Part # 2-200-071-80, quantity (5) five each with an option for an additional (10) ten each. Proposed acquisition is sole source to Honeywell, Military Customer Support, 1300 West Warner Road, P.O. Box 22200, Mail Code 1207-2JJ, Tempe, AZ 85285-2200. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by this agency. See Numbered Note 22.
