The VA North Texas Health Care System, 4500 S. Lancaster Rd., Dallas,TX 75216 has a requirement for a Triangle Steri-Sstem 9000X.3, 8 ft, or equal, six Triangle VAC attachments or equal, two Triangle Steri-Sysems, 10 ft, or equal, and four Triangle sterile instrument storage, or equal.
