Description

Contractor shall provide A/E services to the Muskogee VAMC located at 1011 Honor Heights Drive, Muskogee, Oklahoma 74401. This acquisition is restricted to companies located within a 150 mile radius. A/E firm shall provide all labor, material, and equipment required to develop construction documents to include drawings and specs, site investigation, construction period services and site visits to renovate and expand canteen service. Documents shall include development of demolition, architectural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and required fire protection drawings and specifications for these disciplines and a detailed construction estimate as required, to renovate and expand the canteen service on the 1st floor of Building 24 in order to comply with NFPA, NEC, Life Safety codes, VA design criteria and construction standards, and the other required documents for this development. Interested parties shall submit SF 254's and 255's to this office by COB November 13th, 2000. NAICS is 541310. Small business size standard is $4 million.
