Description

Services of an Architect and Engineering firm with experience in HVAC, Architectural repairs including masonry and paving to perform site investigations, design working drawings and specifications and construction period services for Project 540-01-101 Walk-Thru Deficiencies at the VA Medical Center, Clarksburg, WV. The Scope of Work includes roof repairs, corridor upgrades, pabing, widewalk repairs, tuckpointing, boiler controls, chilled water recovery system, and other other physical plant repairs. The estimated construction budget is between $500,000 and $1M. The area of consideration is restricted to firms located within 100 miles of the VA Medical Center, Clarksburg, WV. This project is available for full and open competition. Interested firms must submit current Standard Forms 254 and 255 and any supplemental data pertinent to specialized experience necessary for this project to be received by the POC noted above no later than November 22, 2000.
