Description

Services of an Architect/Engineer firm with specialized experience in elevator renovations to perform site investigations, design working drawings and specifications and construction period services for Project 540-01-102 Elevator Controls at the VA Medical Center, Clarksburg WV, Bldg. 1. The Scope of Work includes the replacement of elevator controls, elevator button panels, air conditioning of the elevator penthouse and refurbishing the interior of elevator cabs. The estimated construction cost range is between $100,000 and $250,000. The area of consideration is restricted to firms located within 100 miles of the VA Medical Center, Clarksburg WV. This project is se-aside for small businesses (Average annual revenues for the past three years of les than $4M). Interested firms must submit current Standard Forms 254 and 255 and any supplemental data pertinent to specialized experience necessary for this project to be received by the POC noted above no later than November 22, 2000.
