Description

The US Department of the Interior, Minerals Management Service/Gov.Works intends to procure a Telemetry Autotracking Antenna, Model CMS-1M, on a sole source basis from EMP Systems, for use by the US Army in support of research and development flight testing conducted both on and off Redstone Arsenal. The Antenna will be fully integrated with existing EMP antenna systems to expand the data acquisition and processing capabilities of system performance possible and in collecting flight test performance data in tracking live missiles. All expressions of interest shall be received within 45 days after date of publication of this synopsis to be considered by the Government. This date will not be extended. No solicitation document exists for this requirement. A determination not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The Government shall not be responsible for anyu costs associated with preparing a response to this notice. *See Note 22
