Description

The contractor shall provide all necessary labor, supervision, equipment, supplies and materials to support a "one stop shop" Civil Engineer Supply Material Acquisition Retail Trade and Self Help Store (CE SMART/SELF HELP Store). The contractor shall purchase, issue, deliver, and store a variety of material, equipment, parts, tools, and supplies for construction, home repair, and facility maintenance and repair materials for use by authorized government and base contractor personnel. This solicitation will result in the award of a five year basic ordering agreement. The North American Industry Classification Code is 444190. Solicitation documents will be made available on or about 27 November 2000. Telephone requests for solicitation packages or amendments will not be accepted. No solicitation packages or amendments will be mailed. All access is via the internet at the following address: www.eps.gov. While on the internet please complete Central Contractor registration as this must be done prior to award. Proposals will be evaluated on concept and price.
