Description

This acquisition is to procure twenty (20) each spring clips, NSN 5340-01-476-5376, IAW Drawing number 88-22784. Delivery is required 60 days or better after contract award, FOB destination to New Cumberland, PA 17070-5001. PACKAGING AND PACKING shall be IAW the contractor's best commercial packaging ASTM D 3951. This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION. Quotes are being requested and a WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. CD-ROM drawings may be requested by contacting both the contract specialist and contracting officer via electronic mail. The assigned RFQ number is DAAB07-01-Q-D605. Solicitation requirements and incorporated provisions are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circulars. Offerors are requested to provide quotes for Contract Line Item 0001AA (5340-01-476-5376), SPRING CLIP, TENSION, 15 KW GOVERNOR. Award will be made on the lowest price, technically acceptable quote. Successful offeror will be asked to complete Representations and Certifications that would ordinarily be included in the solicitation. Offerors are advised that the applicable clauses will be incorporated into the contract at time of contract award. Written quotes are due no later than 2:00 PM EDT on 27 NOV 2000.
