Description

Personal Services Contract for one full-time General Medical Officer at the U.S. Army Health Clinic, Selfridge Air National Guard Base, Mount Clemens, Michigan, during the period 1 January 2001 through 31 December 2001. There are no option periods for this contract. The estimated number of hours to be worked during the contract period is 1984. Contractor will be required to identify a primary physician and, at a minimum, one back-up physician. A minimal amount of credential documentation will be required with the bid. The solicitation will be issued on or about 27 October 2000 with bids being due on or about 20 November 2000. This solicitation is unrestricted. All responsible sources may submit a bid. Requests for bid packages must be submitted in writing and may be faxed to 502-624-7165 or 502-624-5869. Telephone requests will not be accepted. Bid packages will not be faxed.
