- Description
- The U.S. Navy requests the provision of U.S. flag harbor tug services at Norfolk, VA on a Requirements basis. Similar services were sought under solicitation number N00033-00-R-1020 which has been canceled. Tugs under this procurement shall be configured so as to work with Navy surface vessels. Tugs must have a minimum of 2000 SHP. It is anticipated that 10 vessels will be required. Multiple awards may be made.
