Project Name: Install/Replace Chain link fence IDIQ (Indefinite Quantity Indefinite Delivery) Contract Document Type: Presolicitation Notice Solicitation Number: F38601-01-R0002 Posted Date: 24 Oct 00 Classification Code: Z_Maintenance, repair, and alteration of real property Department of the Air Force, Air Combat Command, 20 CONS, 305 Blue Jay Street, Shaw AFB, SC 29152 Description Work consists of furnishing all layout, survey, plant, labor, supervision, quality control, materials, equipment, machines, tool, appliances, services, supplies, and incidentals and performing all operations in connection with Removal and installation or installation of chain link fencing at Shaw AFB to include Poinsette Range and Wateree Recreation Area. This will be a firm-fixed price construction contract. The performance period for this contract is expected to be one basic year with one option year. The estimated contract magnitude for this acquisition is between $250,000 and $500,000. The proposed procurement is unrestricted for all offerors. This procurement will be awarded on a Best Value Basis. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 23599. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be issued electronically on or about 20 Nov 2000 on the Electronic Posting System (EPS) at www.eps.gov. Paper copies are not available.
