Correction. This action was originally publicized in the CBD dated 1/13/00, and revised 3/10/00, is revised to changed the RFP number from 246-00-R-0009 to 246-01-R-0005, revised to remove numbered Note 1 and to reissue the RFP with an availability date for the RFP as 11/03/00. The RFP will be re-issued to all organizations on the original mailing list. All other information publicized in the original synopsis is correct.
