Description

The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division, (NAWCWPNS) Point Mugu, CA intends to enter into negotiations and award a Firm Fixed Price type contract with Comptek Amherst Systems, Inc. (CAS) at Buffalo, NY. Services will include hardware and software maintenance of Government owned Advanced Multiple Emitter Simulator (AMES) II, MicroAMES, PicoAMES, FLAMES, and Phase DF Simulation Unit located at NAWCWD Point Mugu and China Lake, CA. The Government contemplates a contract for a base period of one year starting approximately 1 April 2001, and four one-year option periods. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals; however, any firm, other than Comptek Amherst Systems, Inc. should respond in accordance with Numbered Note 22. All responsible sources may submit a proposal that shall be considered by the agency. See Numbered Notes 22 and 26.
