Description

Concerns having the ability for providing a Community Corrections Center facility for male and female Federal offenders released in the Topeka, Kansas area. Those interested shall give written notification (including telephone number and a point of contact) to the Contracting Officer listed in this notice. Services required include care, custody, control, accountability and treatment, to include furnishings subsistence and medical services, except the expenses of hospital, surgical, prescriptions and dental treatment. The services described shall be in accordance with the Bureau of Prisons Statement of Work. Location of the facility shall be in the Topeka, Kansas area. Estimated total number of mandays are 12,410 for the base period, 6,205 for the first, second and third option years, respectively. The estimated RFP issue date is on or about November 24, 2000 and the estimated closing date is January 23, 2001. Contract base period is two years with three one year options, to renew. A firm-fixed price requirements contract is anticipated. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which will be considered by this agency. No collect calls will be accepted.
