Description

The Summary of Work includes providing all materials, equipment, transportation, and labor to remove loose peeling, coatings, rust etc., from interior roof beams, roof deck, steel columns, louvers, and louver frames on Plenums located at Narrow Cape LORAN Station, U. S. Coast Guard_s Integrated Support Command (ISC), Kodiak, Alaska. The Contractor will clean and prepare the surfaces and furnish approximately 4000 sf of spray polyurethane foam system and 3200 sf of moisture cured urethane. Performance Period is 30 days. SUBMITTALS DUE UPON AWARD. Contractor shall comply with requirements of applicable OSHA regulations and Coast Guard Safety Regs. ADDITIONAL SPECIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS ARE CONTAINED IN STATEMENT OF WORK THAT WILL BE INCLUDED WITH REQUEST FOR QUOTE DOCUMENTS WHEN THEY ARE MAILED. A SITE VISIT will be held approximately two weeks before quote is due. Location: U.S. Coast Guard, Narrow Cape LORAN Station, Integrated Support Command, Kodiak, Alaska. Estimated price is between $25,000 and $100,000. The proposed contract will be awarded under the Small Business Competitive Demonstration Program. All responsible sources may submit a written quotation, which shall be considered. Solicitation package issue date is approximately November 8, 2000.
