Description

The Naval Air Systems Command intends to negotiate a cost plus incentive fee sole source contract with Raytheon Electronic Systems, Portsmouth, RI, for the manufacture of Low Rate Initial Production (LRIP) AN/AQS-22 Airborne Low Frequency Sonar (ALFS) systems and associated engineering services for Navy acceptance testing. Raytheon Electronic Systems is the only source with engineering, data, and manufacturing expertise required to perform this effort in accordance with FAR 6.302-1. See Note 22!!*****
